I am currently residing in Kuwait, but I am a U.S. citizen. Do I have to go back to the U.S. to get a visa stamp for Saudi Arabia or can I get the visa stamp here in Kuwait at the Saudi Arabia Embassy?

You can probably do it in Kuwait. Might help to find a "fixer".

Im not sure, but I assume like here in Saudi, things there work the same.. my mother is US citizen, she has an entrance exit visa on her US passport.. and when we go visit all the gulf areas, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE etc.. she just gets her passport stamped as we go through customs at each port of entry.. As long as her iqama (residence card is current)
