I am a Filipino nurse. I want to apply to have a work in Canada as an RN if my 2 years contract in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is nearing its end. What are the things am I going to do?

well this is Saudi forum and we dont know about Canadas employment schemes.. maybe you can just search online for any canadian recruiting agency and email them for details..

Saudi Arabia work visa process?
I am currently residing in Kuwait, but I am a U.S. citizen. Do I have to go back to the U.S. to get a visa stamp for Saudi Arabia or can I get the visa stamp here in Kuwait at the Saudi Arabia Embassy?

You can probably do it in Kuwait. Might help to find a "fixer".

Im not sure, but I assume like here in Saudi, things there work the same.. my mother is US citizen, she has an entrance exit visa on her US passport.. and when we go visit all the gulf areas, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE etc.. she just gets her passport stamped as we go through customs at each port of entry.. As long as her iqama (residence card is current)

Yes some of them and that is due to the high salaries that the Saudi government is paying them .

There are around 100,000 Westerners (including americans) in Saudi Arabia. definitely for some big bucks.

Yes, there are and why ,why not? We lived there for seven years and didn't get big bucks. Only those in oil do.My husband was a teacher at the University of Petroleum and Minerals. We loved it there.

Really? I'm surprised there is still room for the country to become even less female-friendly than it already is.

Your best options are (1) work out in your own home or (2) stay out of that country. If I were you, I'd pick option #2. Seriously.

There are alot of jyms in saudiarabia ( Riyadh ,Jeddah ) seperate for ladies only ..and this is not yet confirmed wether jyms are going to be banned or not ..
