no need of dieting. reguleryy wake up in d morning do some exercise like jogging or it will b much helpful to u if u do yoga, regularly give a check on ur food stuffs, avoid having stuffs which has lots of fats. try to have much n much fruits

do cardio on a regular basis walk a lot do 5 mins of ab crunches i think u can take out that much time for the workouts visit this site down here-

first of all you have to look at your diet chart . what kind of items that you are taking in your diet. as you have told that the nature of your work is that type that it does not any phsical exercise to you. a rational way of taking diet is that if your are working hard and hard involving physical movement.then you should take very heavy diet including fats , milk, beef etc. but if you are in ease , your work is based on no stress of body then take light nutritious food. see balance is somewhat important, if you take that much food which your body does not require then you will certainly get fat belly problem , no problem you need to do is that do yoga , go for a morning walk. during office work try to stand up and go here and there, in the wash room to eash your face, to drink water drink lot of water sit and stand on your chair when no body is around if your a muslim, offer five times prayer. try to do your all domestic work with your own hands , this will also give comfort to your wife. if not , play indoor games, like cricket , foot ball foot ball acquires lot of your belly energy talk a lot in the morning stand on your one leg for about twenty minutes this will improve your nervous system,feel like you are a tree thet make a poster of a tree having branch on it with leaves and birds are chriping around you. stick towards your religion this will make you habitual of waking early in the morning
