There aren't any,, 99% are materialistic creatures that will suck your blood if they have to, just to get a riyal. This applies and not limited to the following departments: Directorate of passports, Civil affairs, The traffic police... etc
2 :
The work ethic is lower than in other places. I think it's partly due to over-staffing in many large companies. Also, when Ramadan comes, you can expect that not much work will be done because everyone is only required to work 6 hours, probably half of which is wasting time....

The question should be is there any work ethics in KSA?
4 :
Depends on the individual.

There is a reason millions of people from around the world work in Saudi. Saudis don't work. They are lazy. Same goes for Kuwaitis, Bahrainis, Qataris, Emratis and Omanis.

@ ME we work my friend a lot!! the new generation of the young Saudi guys are on the way and you've been working in saudi arabia for 7 years but that won't last for long time.. give it 3 years at least and you're gonna find a lot of qualified and educated saudis working in the company you work in now... Just get ready for that day ^_^

don't go.

Well work ethic here could be better. Saudis are lazy(sorry Saudis I love you but you know its true). I actually know someone who works in the bank and when they need to hire a new employee the first thing they do is throw away all the Saudi CV's/resumes because they don't want to take a chance on hiring a Saudi because most of them don't get their work done. Most of the companies here are at or have exceeded their maximum allowed amount of foreign workers. Its a cultural thing, kids live with their parents until they are married and sometimes after(that is not a bad thing), they don't get part time jobs while in HS or uni their parents buy them everything they need, food, clothes, cars, ect. They don't have to do any chores because there is a maid to do everything for them. They have no responsibilities at all and there is the cause of all the laziness.

well there are good hard working individuals as there are lazy. A lot is to do with the last 50 years of oil boom here and everyone is living high on their pedestals now.. its the age of "everyones a prince" now a days.. No one wants to do menial work.. Before my husband says, you'd see Saudis do construction work, picking up garbage, sweeping the streets, driving taxis, working as janitors, tea boys, cooks, etc.. Now every single boy wants to be a manager.. Well there cant be all managers.. someone has to start at the bottom.. Also there arent enough universities to education all these wannabe managers.. I think they need to send every single foreign worker (unless no absolute replacement can be found) back home to their countries, and allow Saudi's to do all the jobs in this country once more.. No more spoiled kids.. What amazes me is that a garbage collecter is USA is one of the highest paid menial jobs in the country.. many garbage collecters go back to the station, wash/shower and drive home in their mercedes back to the suburbs to a 5 bedroom home mansion.. all their kids go off to paid universities.. their wives dont have to work.. They are laughing all the way to the bank...

energy required by a rocket to get to a certain height, and return to earth

Police clearances are available for Saudi citizens and resident third country nationals. Saudi citizens currently residing overseas must return in person to process the police clearance. Police clearances are unavailable for third country nationals who no longer reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Make the appropriate statement in your Australian visa applcation. The Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship knows that you are unable to provide such document.

As a woman, be sure to give this some careful thought. If you don't already live in Riyadh, I found it significantly more conservative than, say, Jeddah so you might want to think about the lifestyle changes more than anything else. If you don't live in Saudi at all or haven't visited I should do some careful investigation as you're unlikely to get a visa beforehand apart from a Hajj visa (don't even think about trying for one if you're not Muslim). If you are happy with the culture outside work, just treat it as any other job - try and speak to some of the other employees.
2 :
You'd better work in Jeddah. A lot of muttawa will harass you in Riyadh. Jeddah is the best! JEDDAH...JEDDAH...JEDDAH... Enjoy the breeze from the red sea.
3 :
well, what do you mean by ok?
4 :
It's ok to work anywhere.... Not working is the problem... If you want, you can look for jobs other than Riyadh, see http://www.dubaijobsnetwork.com Good luck
5 :
sure it is.
