i am egyption -24 years old , i am working in saudi arabia as mechanical engineer (employer) ,but i dont like this jop . i need to start my own buisiness or any small project , plz help me ,give me ideas for projects and steps should i follow to have my own work so i can earn good money. thank you.

1. use the experience you had learned in the company . if you are contacting with customers directly during work . you should know what you can do , you can serve your working service to those other who need as part-time firstly .if you think the time is up to , leave the company and begin your own business. 2. if you are not interested in mechanical engineer job , think over what you are interested in and what skills you have . to begin business with what you can do . 3. nowadays ,many people like buying goods from internet , you can sell products by internet ,such as ebay . 4.Do import and export trading business , but you need to know some basic infor for this . My suitor is leaving for a work in Saudi Arabia anytime soon. I just want to know the pay before I invest any emotions to him. lols! He's an unlicensed architect in the Philippines.

Saudi of course, they pay a lot better than US its all depend with the kind of job, i have friends who left US to go and work in Saudi they get paid very well and live better lifestyle than some people in US, all i can say is do your research wherever you decide to go and looks at pros and cons like any country the both have advantage and disadvantage

It depends. If your are a guy who is looking for Money (just money) It is Saudi Arabia. If you are a guy who can not compromise the joy of life in general, it is the USA. Well I assumed slavery, poverty, emptiness, and injustice will affect terribly the joy of life. I witnessed this in Saudi Arabia. By the way, I'm an Arab observer who lived in the USA and who has great deal of connections with Saudi Arabia, plus I visited it two months ago. Good Luck

Is it safe for engineer's to work in Saudi Arabia
Is it safe for engineer's to work in Saudi Arabia?
I was considering looking for a job with Saudi Aramco, but with current events the way they are, I can't help but think it's dangerous for westerners. I have heard its not wise for American's to go there. By the way I am Canadian, although it is almost impossible to visually separate a Canadian from an American.

They seem to get special treatment by the workforce ie: taxi's, shop owners, etc than the locals.. I myself am American-Saudi. lived here off and on all my life. but if I say Im american, I get better treatment than if I say Im Saudi.. People bend over backwards to help you.. The pay is excellent for westerners.. Try it, you'll get addicted to it and want to stay for the sheer pay benefits
